Description We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee complex application development projects in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing priorities, budgets, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, establish priorities, and create detailed schedules for deliverables.

• Lead and facilitate discussions among stakeholders, including analysts, programmers, and clients, to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Monitor and manage budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.

• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to drive project progress and enhance team collaboration.

• Oversee the use of tools such as Atlassian Jira for tracking tasks and project milestones.

• Ensure project compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to stakeholders, providing updates on progress and outcomes.

• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.

• Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in application development.

• Certification in Project Management with a focus on attention to detail (PMP) is required.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management.

• Ability to manage budgets and monitor expenditures effectively.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide teams and stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and best practices.
