    Description We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to lead a long-term contract position in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves overseeing the integration of advanced tools into existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical fluency, and the ability to bridge communication between technical teams and product stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the year-long integration of IntroHive into Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring the tool interacts effectively with Outlook and supports client behavior analysis.

    • Collaborate closely with global teams to replace legacy systems, rolling out the new tool to senior-level stakeholders.

    • Facilitate communication between technical teams and product stakeholders, translating system requirements into actionable insights.

    • Organize and document technical processes, creating detailed notes and presentations for stakeholder alignment.

    • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, maintaining alignment across product, data, and IT teams.

    • Oversee data mapping, process flows, and system enrichment to ensure the seamless functionality of digital tools.

    • Monitor and analyze data ingestion and reporting metrics, ensuring operational dashboards meet business needs.

    • Support change management initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to enable smooth transitions.

    • Develop Tableau dashboards and other reporting tools to present actionable insights.

    • Coordinate stakeholder communications, ensuring clear updates and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements

    + Experience as a BA/PM/Analyst on CRM projects like this: implementing a new tool, HRIS integrations, building out Tableau dashboards, implementing Marketo (or something similar) into a CRM, orchestrating the implementation of a digital tooling project, system or application, etc.

    + Highly organized note taker, ability to create slides, fluent in digital (databases, talking to digital and IT teams, feeling comfortable in IT systems from a functional standpoint)

    + Ability to talk about system requirements fluently between groups. Doesn’t need to troubleshoot anything

    + Ability to listen to listen and document from technical teams, in a way that a Product person understands

    + Sharp, personable, people person

    + Some data skills

    + CRM project experience as a BA/PM/Analyst

    Qualifications

    5–8 years of experience in program management, technology implementation and integrations, or operations, ideally within a technology-enabled change initiative.

     

    Demonstrated ability to apply project management best practices (e.g., milestone tracking, risk management, governance cadence). PMP or equivalent certification a plus

     

    Strong technical proficiency — able to understand system architecture, data integration, and workflow design at a conceptual level.

     

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and use data to inform decisions.

     

    Comfort working directly with developers, architects, and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure progress on technical tasks

     

    Exposure to change management or transformation programs, with understanding of what drives adoption and behavioral change.

     

    Experience coordinating or managing projects involving multiple technical systems (e.g., Outlook, CRM, or similar enterprise applications).

     

    Experience supporting pilot-to-scale transitions preferred.

     

    Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product, IT, data, and change teams, and to influence without direct authority.

     

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

     

    Comfortable with technical concepts and capable of bridging between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
