Description We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. This contract position is based in Seattle, Washington, and requires someone who is detail oriented, thrives under pressure, and can manage competing priorities effectively. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency while upholding the organization's mission and values.
Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, handling changes, and resolving conflicts.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and memoranda with precision and attention to detail.
• Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Attend meetings and events, take detailed notes, and transcribe minutes for consistent communication.
• Facilitate site visits and collaborate with government and community entities to ensure successful outcomes.
• Assist in preparation for agency accreditation, licensing, and reviews as requested.
• Act as a liaison between the executive office and internal departments to maintain trust and credibility.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the administrative department.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing deadlines and ensuring successful project completion.
• Provide additional support to the leadership team and contribute to quality improvement efforts. Requirements • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
• Expertise in managing calendars and scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take accurate meeting minutes and transcribe them for distribution.
• Experience in working collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
• Capability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple deadlines with professionalism.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and quality improvement initiatives is preferred. TalentMatch®
