We are looking for a dedicated Attorney to join our Business Litigation team in Miami, Florida. This role offers the chance to work closely with a highly experienced partner on sophisticated federal and state litigation matters. Responsibilities:

• Manage high-level federal and state business litigation cases with precision and attention to detail.

• Collaborate closely with a senior partner to develop legal strategies for complex cases.

• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents to support case objectives.

• Conduct thorough discovery processes, including document review and evidence analysis.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, or arbitration effectively.

• Perform legal research to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Communicate with clients to provide updates and guidance on case progress.

• Work in a hybrid or remote capacity, ensuring flexibility and productivity.

• Maintain detailed records and case files for ongoing litigation matters.

Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in civil litigation.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.

• Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation.

• Strong background in discovery processes and evidence handling.

• Demonstrated expertise in complex business litigation cases.

• Excellent research and analytical skills to support legal arguments.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client relations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid or remote setting.
