Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Flemington, New Jersey. This contract position offers the opportunity to manage the full-cycle recruitment process while ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding, along with a passion for creating seamless hiring experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings and candidate applications within the Applicant Tracking System.

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates while reducing time-to-fill and hiring costs.

• Screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles, including entry-level, detail-oriented, leadership, clinical, and technical positions.

• Coordinate job offers, ensuring timely communication of salary, benefits, and other employment details.

• Conduct thorough reference checks, employment verifications, and background screenings before candidates start.

• Verify licenses and certifications through primary source checks where applicable.

• Prepare and process offer letters and new employee documentation in compliance with organizational standards.

• Audit personnel files to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Support HR initiatives such as the Shadowing Program and assist with New Employee Orientation as needed.

• Undertake special projects and provide additional support to the HR Business Partners. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Information Systems.

• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred experience in a healthcare or hospital setting and physician recruitment.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.

• Familiarity with conducting background checks and verifying credentials with attention to detail. TalentMatch®
