• Property Manager (Affordable Housing)

    Description

    Join our mission-driven team as a Property Manager overseeing affordable housing communities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead daily property operations, and provide excellent tenant service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee leasing, move-ins, and renewals in accordance with affordable housing laws

    + Respond to tenant needs and resolve issues in a timely manner

    + Ensure compliance with government regulations and program guidelines

    + Coordinate vendor services and schedule maintenance

    + Prepare operating budgets and monitor expenses

    + Maintain accurate records of tenancy, occupancy, and maintenance

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + 2+ years’ experience in property management, preferably affordable or subsidized housing

    + Working knowledge of affordable housing and fair housing regulations

    + Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.)

    + Exceptional communication and customer service skills

    + Strong organizational and documentation abilities
