    Description

    A growing manufacturing organization in Fallbrook is adding a Junior Financial Analyst to support operational finance, cost analysis, and performance reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing finance, including inventory, production costs, and margin analysis. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, collaborating with operations teams, and learning how financial data drives business decisions on the production floor.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with cost analysis related to labor, materials, and overhead

    + Track production metrics and analyze variances against budget and forecasts

    + Support inventory valuation and operational reporting

    + Help prepare monthly financial packages for management

    + Maintain data accuracy within financial systems and spreadsheets

    + Collaborate with accounting and operations to resolve discrepancies

    + Participate in process improvement initiatives related to reporting efficiency

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics

    + Entry-level to 2 years of related experience

    + Strong Excel and data analysis skills

    + Interest in manufacturing or operational finance

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills
