Description We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and maintaining well-organized financial records. Responsibilities:

• Input financial transactions, invoices, and receipts into accounting software with precision.

• Organize and maintain financial records, ledgers, and related databases.

• Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing, vendor account management, and issuing payments.

• Track and report employee travel and entertainment expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Reconcile bank and investment statements to verify accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.

• Keep financial filing systems orderly and manage department-related paperwork effectively.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting team, assisting with various tasks as required. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in invoice processing and financial transaction management.

• Ability to perform account and bank reconciliations efficiently.

• Familiarity with tracking and processing expense reimbursements.

• Knowledge of travel expense management and reporting.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed financial records.
