We’re searching for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day HR operations and ensure a positive employee experience. You’ll partner across departments to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and more.
Key Responsibilities
+ Administer HR processes including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits enrollment
+ Provide guidance to employees and management on company policies and HR best practices
+ Support full-cycle recruitment: posting jobs, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
+ Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
+ Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and initiatives
+ Help manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations as needed, and respond to employee concerns
+ Coordinate training programs and identify opportunities for staff development
+ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
+ 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role
+ Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
+ PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
