+ Drive high\-value business—Target 125 rooms on peak and higher for meetings, events, and corporate stays\.

+ Hunt & Close Deals—Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into long\-term partnerships\.

+ Be the Face of Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa—Conduct site visits, entertain clients, and create unforgettable experiences\.

+ Negotiate & Strategize—Prepare proposals, close contracts, and analyze lost business to refine sales tactics\.

+ Collaborate & Deliver—Work closely with hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs\.

+ Exceed Sales Goals—Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and room night success\.
