We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving customer growth through strategic marketing and product integration. You will work closely with stakeholders globally, ensuring seamless execution of product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct meetings with stakeholders to ensure product progress, including international meetings.
+ Track progress channels on a global scale.
+ Develop and execute roadmaps while experimenting with new strategies.
+ Monitor monthly metrics and channel health.
+ Collaborate with the music team for strategic alignment.
+ Integrate music into prime products and marketing placements, driving listener growth.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2 years in product marketing.
+ Proficiency in cross-functional marketing and product team collaboration.
+ Strong data analysis skills and the ability to generate insights for decision-making.
+ Experience with Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
+ High attention to detail in both business and technical domains.
+ Ability to work autonomously and proactively drive roadmaps.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience presenting ideas to various organizational levels to gain support for initiatives.
+ Proficiency in A/B testing, especially in audience segmentation and targeting.
+ MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
+ Experience with established tech companies such as Microsoft, Alphabet, Meta, or Apple is preferred.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work environment based in Seattle, WA, with core hours from Monday to Friday. The position involves occasional travel to San Francisco. You will be part of a heads-down, collaborative team, with a training and ramp-up period of 2-3 weeks. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $70.00/hr.
