    Description

    Providing timely and effective administrative assistance to attorneys and paralegals in the Law and Corporate Affairs department. 3+ years experience

    Team culture/work environment:

    • Part of the legal team, broader law and corporate affairs team

    • Joining real estate team, looking for LPA for real estate team

    • Working with 7 attorneys and 7 paralegals

    • Looks after all real estate in North America including Canada (distribution plants, roastery, stores)

    • A few team members at the SSC, with a mix of Partners across the US

    Key projects:

    • Supporting general admin tasks for the real estate team (excluding the VP)

    • Calendar management

    • Managing travel, booking, approvals, and expenses

    • Booking conference rooms as needed

    • Helping with PowerPoint, Document comparison, overall

    • Matter Management: Partners with outside counsel (will be a bigger part of the job), general billing

    • Assigning matters to outside counsel

    • Data management

    • Reporting

    Years of Experience:

    • 1-3 years of relevant experience

     

    Required Skills?

     

    • Will need to be self-sufficient

    • Experience within Legal Admin (does not have to be real estate, in-house, firm, gov level)

    • Will work with Sr Admin Assistant, LPA will focus on the team support

    • 1+ year as an LPA in previous roles

    • Ability to manage calendars

    • Familiarity with legal terms and processes

    • Attention to detail

    • Strong communication

    This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
