Compensation and Schedule for the Front Office Receptionist
Front Office Receptionist – Full-time, onsite, $18-$20 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm OR 7:30am to 5:30pm. Join a great team!
Required Qualifications of the Front Office Receptionist
- 2+ years of recent high-volume medical front office experience required
- Scheduling, eligibility, and insurance experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the Front Office Receptionist
- Greet and check in/check out patients
- Collect registration forms, insurance information, and co-pays
- Verify insurance
- Answer main phone lines
- Schedule/reschedule appointments
- Float between local offices when needed
