We’re hiring Resolution Agents to support a dynamic Client Experience team in Phoenix, AZ 85044. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, communicate with clarity and empathy, and love solving problems, this role is for you.
• Resolution Agent | Start Date: February 3, 2026
Phoenix, AZ 85044 — On‑site
Training: 3 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM (mandatory)
Post‑Training Shifts: 7 AM–4 PM or 9 AM–6 PM
What You’ll Do
• Support homeowners via email, chat, and overflow phone calls—researching inquiries and resolving issues within SLAs.
• Address questions related to accounts, payments, loan transfers, escrow (insurance/taxes), and transaction‑related discrepancies.
• Partner with multiple internal teams to deliver fast, accurate resolutions while meeting contact center performance metrics.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
