About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Operations Processor 1 to join our team on a contingent basis. This role is perfect for early‑career professionals looking to gain hands‑on experience in operations, financial planning support, and client service within a structured, process‑driven environment.

You will play a key role in completing daily operational activities, supporting internal teams, and interacting with clients on routine requests.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Processor, you will:

+ Perform routine operational support tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

+ Support day‑to‑day operations within established procedures and controls.

+ Identify ways to improve your individual work processes while adhering to guidelines.

+ Receive direction and guidance from supervisors; escalate issues as needed.

+ Interact with client personnel to provide basic information and support.

+ Maintain consistency, compliance, and operational quality across assigned tasks.

+ Financial planning experience

+ Familiarity with E‑Money financial planning software

+ Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability

+ Ability to follow structured procedures and workflows

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.29 - $20.29/hr.
