Position: Mail Center Operator

Start Date: 1/26 or 2/2

Type: 4-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $18.20/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible lunch breaks)

What You’ll Do:

+ Sort and process returned mail (up to 10 trays/day) and deliver internally to the correct departments

+ Assemble and fulfill marketing materials for sales agents, brokers, and members

+ Insert brochures, pamphlets, and guides into envelopes based on order requests

+ Support general mailroom operations (no print production)

+ Occasionally assist at the warehouse location in North Salt Lake

+ Lift and move boxes/items up to 50 lbs as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

+ Experience in mailroom, printing, inserting, or receiving (6 months or more preferred)

+ Basic mechanical skills to adjust inserting equipment

+ Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling tools

+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

+ Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

+ Dependable and hard-working attitude

Nice-to-Have:

+ Experience in mechanical assembly or order picking/packing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.20 - $18.20/hr.
