• Vehicle Sales Coordinator

    *These roles will start fully onsite with the opportunity to become hybrid after training*

     

    The main objective of this role is to take on customer accounts and communications after equipment has been purchased with one of our sales representatives.

    Day to Day:

    + Invoicing and document completion, confirming with field locations that vehicles are ready for pickup, collecting payments and providing customer assistance

    + Obtaining signed documents from customer

    + Entering sales related information into SalesForce.com and Fleetnet system

    + Answering customer and associate phone calls that come into the department

    + Updating Microsoft Access and excel spreadsheets for report generation

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed requires strong organizational abilities

    + Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication is crucial for interacting with customers, sales reps, and field locations

    + Time Management: Balancing various responsibilities and meeting deadlines demands good time management skills

    + Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs and other relevant software is important for maintaining records and generating reports

    + Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in invoicing and document completion is vital

    + Adaptability: Being able to handle a high workload and adapt to changing priorities is necessary

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
