    Cognizant is looking for a Site Core Consultant. As a Functional Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving UI Development and SiteCore projects within the Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and streamline operations. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts and requires no travel.

     

    Location - New Jersey

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the design and implementation of UI Development projects to ensure seamless user experiences.

    + Oversee SiteCore integration to optimize content management and delivery.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.

    + Provide technical expertise in Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities to drive domain-specific solutions.

    + Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all development activities.

    + Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

    + Monitor project progress and report on milestones to ensure timely delivery.

    + Develop and maintain documentation for all processes and systems implemented.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize disruptions in operations.

    + Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

    + Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

    + Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

    + Contribute to the companys mission by delivering impactful solutions that enhance societal well-being.

    Qualifications

    + Demonstrate proficiency in UI Development and SiteCore with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

    + Possess domain knowledge in Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities which is considered a plus.

    + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

    + Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

    + Display excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

    + Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

    + Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
