Core Responsibilities

Lead data discovery and migration analysis for XD program processes

Collaborate with process owners solution SMEs and technical teams to identify data gaps and migration requirements

Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions for data conversion activities

Document end-to-end process flows and ensure alignment with migration strategy

Act as a liaison between business teams and technical consult

Required Skills Competencies

Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and tools SAP ISU SAP Data Services EMIGALL

Ability to manage complex data landscapes and heterogeneous systems

Excellent analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Knowledge of utilities domain processes Billing Payments Collections Customer Communications

Ability to work in a matrix organization and handle ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in largescale data migration programs within Energy Utilities

Familiarity with CIS2 CAMS and SAP ISU systems

Leadership experience in data governance and migration strategy
