    We offer a competitive and flexible salary structure, with wages negotiable within the ranges below based on qualifications, education, and experience. In addition, employees receive a guaranteed 3% annual salary increase each year through FY29, providing predictability, stability, and long-term earning growth.

     

    Salary Ranges by Education Level

     

    + Bachelor's Degree (BA):$51,156 - $63,156

    + Bachelor's +15 (BA+15):$51,656 - $65,156

    + Bachelor's +30 (BA+30):$52,156 - $67,156

    + Master's Degree (MA):$53,406 - $72,156

    + Master's +15 (MA+15):$54,156 - $72,906

    + Master's +30 (MA+30):$54,906 - $73,656

    + Master's +45 / PhD:$57,156 - $75,906

     

    Educational Advancement Pay Increases

    In addition to annual raises, salary increases are applied as you advance your education:

    + BA to BA+15:+$500

    + BA+15 to BA+30:+$800

    + BA+30 to MA:+$5,000

    + MA to MA+15:+$1,000

    + MA+15 to MA+30:+$1,000

    + MA+30 to MA+45 / PhD:+$1,000

    Longevity Incentives

    To recognize long-term commitment to Fairfield Community School District, the following longevity bonuses are provided:

    + After the 2nd year of certified FCSD service:

     

    If converting from an initial license to a standard license and returning to FCSD the following year, a one-time longevity bonus is paid in June.

     

    + If the initial license is not converted until the 3rd year, a $500 bonus is paid at that time.

    + After the 5th year of certified FCSD service:

    A one-time longevity bonus is paid in June and continues at the following milestones:

     

    5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th year, and every five years thereafter.
