    Job Summary

    The Administrative Assistant will provide support through clerical, administrative, and coordination duties essential to daily operations. This role involves phone support, scheduling, purchasing assistance, recordkeeping, and general office activities. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing the following regularly:

    + Answer and manage a multi-line phone system

    + Issue purchase orders

    + Process purchase card phone orders

    + Reconcile purchase card receipts

    + Track tools purchased for technicians

    + Create and maintain HVAC and Plumbing On-Call Schedules

    + Perform additional clerical duties as needed

    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

     

    + High School diploma or equivalent required

    + Minimum 1 years’ experience preferred

    + Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

    + Construction administration experience a plus

    + Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Windows platforms

    + COINS knowledge is a plus but not required
