    Job Title: 1:1 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Duration: 2025–2026 School Year

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:15 PM

     

    Pay Rate: $29/hr

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish RBT to provide 1:1 support to an elementary grade student with autism in a dual-language program. The student participates in general education classes, with part of the day taught in English and part in Spanish. The RBT will assist with communication, behavior support, and engagement throughout the school day.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide direct 1:1 support to an elementary student with autism

    + Implement behavior support strategies under BCBA guidance

    + Assist with transitions, classroom participation, and daily routines

    + Collaborate with teachers and school staff in both English and Spanish

    + Maintain accurate data and documentation

    Requirements

    + Active RBT certification

    + Fluent in English and Spanish

    + Able to work the full school schedule

    + Must complete School CORI, Fingerprinting, and provide 3 references
