    + Location: South Holland, IL

    + Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | 30-minute unpaid break | ASAP – May 29, 2026

    Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support early learners with diverse communication needs. This role focuses on evaluating students, delivering individualized therapy, and documenting services in alignment with each student’s plan of care and physician orders. This position is ideal for an SLP who excels in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments and enjoys working with young learners who benefit from highly specialized, play-based intervention.

    Role Highlights

    • Provide speech and language evaluations and implement therapy services for PreK students.

    • Serve a caseload of approximately 20 students within the program.

    • Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities with needs in verbal and nonverbal communication, social interactions, sensory regulation, and early academic skills.

    • Integrate therapy within a play-based learning model alongside motor, tech, and other therapeutic disciplines.

    • Work closely with educators and related service providers to ensure coordinated, student-centered support.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment

    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required depending on contract or state guidelines

    • Compliance with all professional standards of practice

    • Current CPR certification if applicable

    • TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray if applicable

    • Current health certificate if required by contract or regulation

    • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
