Are you a tech - savvy project leader who loves turning operational challenges into streamlined, scalable solutions? Our Retail Service Operations team is looking for a Services Operations Program Manager to drive technology - enabled improvements across our retail network.

If you enjoy optimizing processes, leading cross-functional workstreams, and using data + tools to create better customer and employee experiences-we want to meet you.

What You-ll Do

+ Lead tech-focused Retail Service Operations projects (systems upgrades, reporting enhancements, new retail workflows)

+ Build project plans, manage timelines, and track progress using PMO tools (Smartsheet, dashboards, automations)

+ Drive portfolio health with clear reporting, risk management, and executive visibility

+ Coach teams on project methodology and tool best practices

+ Implement scalable processes and enhance digital project management capabilities

+ Support change management and drive continuous improvement across retail operations

What You Bring

+ 5+ years in project or program management (PMI/PMBOK preferred)

+ Experience in retail operations or delivering tech solutions in retail environments

+ Strong understanding of retail systems, workflows, and operational metrics

+ Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects

+ Smartsheet experience and PMP/certifications are a plus

+ Analytical mindset with strong technical fluency

+ Ability to travel ~30%
