    PRN/Contract LPN – Night Shift

     

    Setting: Assisted Living Community

     

    Rate: $38 per hour

     

    Contract Length: 13 weeks

    About the Role

    Our assisted living community in Winchester, VA is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract. This role is ideal for an LPN who values resident-centered care, enjoys a quieter overnight environment, and is looking for a defined short-term assignment.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide resident care, medication administration, and treatments

    + Respond promptly and professionally to overnight resident needs

    + Support CNAs and care staff throughout the shift

    + Complete accurate and timely documentation

    + Communicate effectively with residents, families, and leadership

    Qualifications

    + Active Virginia LPN license

    + Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred

    + Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

    + Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

    + Availability for night shifts throughout the 13-week contract
