• Behavioral Classroom Aide

    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Classroom Aide to support students in a school-based environment. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, collaborative, and committed to helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

    Position Overview

    The Behavioral Classroom Aide provides direct behavioral support to students, assists teachers with implementing individualized behavior plans, and helps maintain a positive and structured classroom environment. Your work will play a meaningful role in helping students build confidence, develop essential skills, and experience success in the classroom.

    Preferred Experience

    + Experience working in a school setting or educational environment

    + Familiarity with behavioral support strategies or special education classrooms

    Minimum Requirements

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Associate’s degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

    + Current Health Certificate (if applicable)

    + Current CPR certification

    + Current TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray
