Pay Range: $65

Position Overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA – ES) provides consultation, training, and behavioral support services for students with academic and behavioral deficits in a school setting. This role includes conducting behavioral evaluations, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supporting school teams through direct collaboration and training.

The BCBA acts as a clinical teacher, educating and supervising staff while observing, assessing, and supporting behavioral service delivery within educational environments.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations

+ Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

+ Provide consultation and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff

+ Observe and assess student behavior across school settings

+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams to support student success

+ Ensure fidelity of behavior intervention implementation

Minimum Requirements

+ Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field

+ Preferred experience providing behavioral services in school settings

+ Minimum one (1) year pediatric experience preferred

+ Compliance with professional standards of practice

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

Additional Notes

+ Two BCBA placements available covering different service areas

+ Assignments will support school-based behavioral evaluation and intervention services
