CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager III opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.

**Location:** Buffalo, NY

**Duration:** 11 months

Overview:

The Project Manager III manages high-priority and complex projects impacting multiple business units or functional areas. This role ensures accurate project scope, schedules, and budgets through effective change management and stakeholder coordination.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure.

+ Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resources.

+ Gather and document project requirements, assumptions, and constraints.

+ Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.

+ Monitor project performance, manage change controls, and implement corrective actions.

+ Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as appropriate.

+ Promote team collaboration, efficiency, and adherence to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.

Scope of Responsibilities:

+ Manages technical and/or non-technical projects affecting multiple business units.

+ Responsible for end-to-end project execution and stakeholder alignment.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

+ Provides technical and professional guidance within the project management discipline.

Education and Experience Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of proven project management experience, **OR**

+ 6+ years of combined education and work experience, including at least 3–4 years of project management experience.

+ Proficiency with PCs and relevant software applications.

Education and Experience Preferred:

+ Experience managing complex initiatives in a regulated environment.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
