CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Data Analyst 1.

**Job Title:** Data Analyst 1

**Location:** Fort Worth, TX

_Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Fort Worth, TX_

**Pay Rate:** Based on experience

**Work Hours:** M-F 7am-3pm

**Education:** Associate’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)

Description

Support analysis of processes and activities, including tracking, performance standards, conformity, and compliance. Collaborate with project managers and administrators to gather and analyze data, ensure compliance with internal formats, document deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Capture action items and meeting minutes, assist with audits, and update or create documentation as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document process and activity performance

• Track deviations and support corrective actions

• Capture action items and minutes from governance meetings

• Assist with audits and update internal documentation

• Compile reports and summarize findings for management

• Collaborate with project managers for data validation and compliance

Education:

• Associate’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience & Skills:

• 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP and PowerBI

• Data comparison, sorting, and entry

• Report compilation and documentation
