About the Job:
The Global Marketing Manager helps define and deliver the strategic vision for Clinique Face Makeup, including foundation, concealer, powder, setting, and blush, aligning consumer, brand, and business objectives. This role supports end-to-end category growth through the development of three-year innovation and go-to-market plans aligned with global brand strategy and long-term financial goals. The manager owns initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and on-time execution. Ongoing responsibilities also include optimizing the existing portfolio across subcategories, using performance insights, consumer trends, and market dynamics to fuel sustained growth.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead new product development and commercial innovation from concept ideation through launch, working closely with Product
+ Development, Social, Comms, Creative, Education, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regional Marketing teams.
+ Develop detailed launch guides for regions, including product positioning, messaging, claims, visuals, pricing, channel priorities and media platforms.
+ Identify category opportunities using consumer insights, social listening, CRM data, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence, and provide input into the global marketing calendar and innovation pipeline.
+ Create and deliver product and campaign briefs.
+ Manage launch timelines and deliverables to ensure programs are executed on time and in line with strategic and financial objectives.
+ Support pricing strategy and portfolio architecture through pricing analyses and SRP recommendations for core products, new launches, and limited-edition programs, in partnership with Finance and Regional teams.
+ Track cost of goods for launch programs and contribute recommendations to improve cost efficiency while maintaining brand standards.
+ Monitor category and product performance, share updates with the Global Marketing team, and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities across markets.
+ Prepare marketing materials and updates for internal meetings, regional forums, and sales presentations.
Key Elements for Success:
+ 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, CPG, beauty, product marketing, or consumer engagement
+ Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Highly detail-oriented with pride in delivering high-quality work
+ Collaborative leader who builds strong, positive relationships across functions
+ Self-starter who is resourceful, curious, and motivated to turn opportunities into action
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clear and compelling stories
+ Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and internal systems
+ Passionate about beauty with an appreciation for Clinique’s philosophy and what sets the brand apart
