Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree Five years of relevant experience including customer relationship management and delivering cross-functional projects in energy/engineering/utility environments.
Preferred Education/Experience
+ Master's Degree MBA, degree in sustainability, engineering, or other related technical or energy focus
Relevant Work Experience
+ Supported or led end-to-end project delivery across technical and/or customer-facing teams. Required
+ Demonstrated experience analyzing information, technical and/or financial, and making recommendations based on that information. Required
+ Strong communicatorexcellent written, presentation, interpersonal and verbal skills; clear, confident updates to both technical and non-technical audiences. Required
+ Customer-service mindset and strong emotional intelligence. Required
+ Demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple assignments and deadlines. Required
+ Ability to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Required
+ Highly proficient in building models and tracking spreadsheets in Excel. Required
+ Track record of reducing delays on projects and process improvement, with proven ability to spot and fix process gaps. Preferred
+ Demonstrated success in management/support of clean energy programs. Preferred
+ Familiarity with Con Edison project management software platforms or similar tools; Preferred
+ Knowledge of the NY State Standard Interconnection Requirements (SIR) process and distribution protection/controls, metering/telemetry readiness, smart-inverter settings, and SCADA. Preferred
+ SQL/Python/Power BI/Tableau for simple dashboards or trend analysis. Preferred

+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
