Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant work experience. or
+ Associate's Degree and 7 years of relevant work experience. or
+ High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of relevant work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, implementing talent and sourcing strategies that strengthen diverse candidate pipelines, optimizing recruiting tools to ensure accurate tracking of hiring activities, and making recommendations as appropriate, required.
+ Ability to manage client relationships, offer consultative guidance, and collaborate effectively in a large team environment, required.
+ Expertise in candidate research, market insights, and advanced sourcing techniques, including hands-on experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for talent identification and engagement, required.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiatives and build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, required.
+ Demonstrated personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, required.
+ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and automation platforms to streamline recruitment workflows, required.
+ Hands-on experience using AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools to enhance efficiency, preferred.
Skills and Abilities
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.
+ Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision making skills
+ Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Licenses and Certifications
+ Driver's License Required
+ Other: SHRM and/or Recruitment Certification Preferred
Physical Demands
+ Ability to respond to system emergencies
+ Able to work in all weather conditions, i.e. excessive heat and/or cold
+ Perform extended driving through heavy traffic and severe off-road conditions
+ Ability to work in adverse conditions that include, noise, confined spaces, and high elevations
Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
