ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Regional Manager, you play a pivotal role in overall performance of restaurant(s) within your designated territory. You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and support to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, and financial success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Drive operational excellence across all units by ensuring 100% adherence to brand specifications, standards, policies and procedures.
+ Optimize multi-channel operations, ensuring seamless execution of in-store dining, third-party delivery (DoorDash/UberEats), catering and mobile app pick-up and delivery
+ Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management teams and staff to deliver
outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
+ Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster a positive and
productive work environment.
+ Analyze P&L and KPIs to diagnose root causes and implement corrective action plans that improve regional controllable metrics.
+ Build a robust leadership pipeline by identifying and mentoring high potential employees for future leadership roles.
+ Implement retention strategies that reduce team and management turnover and improve internal sentiment in the region.
+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as food quality standards and industry best practices.
+ Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
+ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any regulatory issues or
requirements.
+ Address vendor-related issues such as delivery times, new products, and inventory
Levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Minimum 2 years of multi-unit leadership (3+ stores) in a fast-casual or high-volume QSR environment.
+ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related
field preferred.
+ Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-
performing teams.
+ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
effectively.
+ Knowledge of restaurant operations, industry trends, and best practices.

Salary Range: $115,000-$120,000
