    Pay Rate:** **$29–$33/hr.

     

    About the Role

     

    PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a **Supply Chain Management Analyst 3** to support our Materials & Standards organization in Everett, WA. In this critical role, you will help ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our supply chain operations, enabling alignment with organizational goals and on-time program execution.

     

    Working under general direction, you'll apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to optimize material flow, inventory levels, schedules, and production planning across a complex global supply chain network.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Apply SCM methodologies to support coordination across the global supply chain.

    + Analyze complex material requirements to drive accurate planning and forecasting.

    + Verify, update, and incorporate Bills of Material (BOMs) and schedules into production plans.

    + Evaluate system requirements and resource availability to initiate, coordinate, and release orders.

    + Ensure on-time delivery; document and resolve order delinquencies as needed.

    + Track and report schedule adherence issues.

    + Develop and manage inventory plans to optimize stock levels.

    + Analyze, disposition, and manage excess inventory.

    + Support and perform audit activities.

    + Develop schedules for products and services; support estimates and schedules for new business proposals.

    + Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance overall SCM performance.

     

    Day-to-Day Impact

     

    You will be a key contributor to the **Materials & Standards** team, helping drive consistency, performance, and efficiency across supply chain operations. Your work will directly support the organization's ability to meet production, delivery, and quality goals.

    Required Qualifications

    + **5+ years** of **Materials & Standards** experience

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data

    + Experience with supply chain planning, production scheduling, and inventory optimization

    + Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and functions

    Education & Experience

    + Bachelor's degree **and typically 6+ years** of related experience **OR**

    + Master's degree **and typically 4+ years** of related experience **OR**

    + Equivalent combination of education and experience
