We are seeking an Information Management and Solutions Specialist to work from our Boston office on various exciting private sector, federal and state funded projects in our East Geography.
Those applying for this role must have a foundational background in Information Management, Document Control, and Document Management Solution Architecture in the design and construction field. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing data management processes and developing integrated reporting systems, as well as optimising Common Data Environments (CDE) to meet business needs.
The Opportunity
• Assist in procurement, vendor engagement, design and implementation of Common Data Environment (CDE) systems for enhanced project integration and accessibility.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
• Oversee system configuration, including attributes, roles, project templates, roles and permissions.
• Support the Client as the document management solution administrator, creating / updating forms, workflows and troubleshooting.
• Support the design and implementation of automated tools for reporting and data visualization such as Power BI and Power Automate
• Support the development and management of a suite of Power BI reporting tools to cover project controls and performance metrics.
• Contribute to document control initiatives, focusing on improving information management processes, data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Deliver training for Client Staff tailored to their role including creation of users guides and onboarding materials.
• Develop and maintain security matrices that adhere to ISO 19650 standards or other relevant industry standards, ensuring proper user roles and permissions are defined.

Is this role right for you?
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Information Management, Document Control, or related fields.
• Top applicants will possess excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with best practices in data handling and management
• Experience with document management system information architecture and security models.
• Familiarity with designing and implementing reporting systems, preferably in Power BI.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate.
• Experience with Project Management Office tools such as Smartsheet
• Strong analytical skills and ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps
• Must have ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively and manage deadlines; highly organized
• Experience with drafting Standard Operating Procedure
• Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future
Recent Project Experience:
• Experience with document management and information reporting on multi-disciplinary projects in the design and construction field.
• Experience acting as Super User role within a Document Management Solution.

Boston Hiring Range – Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Boston is $95,000 to $110,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Boston will differ.
