    Salary: $100,000 - $110,000

    Travel: Local Travel, 25%

    Job Summary

    The **Facilities Manager** is responsible for the client relationship and account services provided by Eurest Services and vendors. Requires extensive experience in Facilities Management, P&L management, and the ability to expertly manage the needs of the client in all facets of the account. The Manager will oversee GMP Clean room operations, Housekeeping services, Mail Services Shipping and Receiving, Lab Support, Sub-Contractor / Vendor management

     

    Multi-Site Facilities & Maintenance Operations

     

    Provide operational leadership for facilities services across four geographically dispersed sites, ensuring consistent standards, safety, and service delivery.

     

    Oversee janitorial services, HVAC operations, and general maintenance activities across all locations.

     

    Lead and coordinate HVAC and maintenance efforts across multiple sites, ensuring preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs are executed effectively.

     

    Conduct routine inspections at each site to identify risks, deferred maintenance, safety concerns, and improvement opportunities.

     

    Ensure standardized processes, documentation, and performance expectations are applied consistently across all locations.

     

    Vendor & Contract Management

     

    Own vendor relationships supporting multi-site janitorial, HVAC, maintenance, and specialty services.

     

    Lead vendor selection, bid reviews, contract negotiations, and performance management across all sites.

     

    Enforce service-level agreements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance across multiple locations.

     

    Vendor & Contract Management

     

    Own vendor relationships supporting multi-site janitorial, HVAC, maintenance, and specialty services.

     

    Lead vendor selection, bid reviews, contract negotiations, and performance management across all sites.

     

    Enforce service-level agreements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance across multiple locations.

     

    Address vendor performance issues and implement corrective actions consistently across the portfolio.

     

    Team Leadership & Workforce Management

     

    Directly supervise and develop facilities and maintenance staff supporting multi-site operations (currently four direct reports).

     

    Ensure appropriate staffing models, scheduling, and coverage across all locations.

     

    Provide coaching and leadership to promote accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

     

    Build bench strength and operational resilience across sites.

     

    Client Relationship Management

     

    Serve as the primary client point of contact for all four locations, ensuring alignment and consistent communication.

     

    Lead multi-site operational reviews, present performance metrics, and address service concerns.

     

    Partner with the client to develop site-specific and portfolio-wide improvement plans.

     

    Proactively recommend solutions that improve reliability, uptime, and customer satisfaction across all locations.

     

    Financial & Budget Management

     

    Support development and management of multi-site operating budgets, including labor, vendors, equipment, and supplies.

     

    Monitor spend across locations, ensuring cost control and budget adherence.

     

    Review and approve invoices; identify savings opportunities and support capital planning across the portfolio.

     

    Safety, Compliance & Risk Management

     

    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across all sites.

     

    Lead safety programs for employees and vendors operating in a multi-site environment.

    Qualifications

    Experience & Education

     

    7+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or building operations, with demonstrated multi-site responsibility.

     

    Experience overseeing janitorial operations and third-party vendors across multiple locations.

     

    Proven ability to lead or oversee HVAC and general maintenance teams in a multi-site environment.

     

    Experience managing client relationships in a contract services or outsourced environment preferred.

     

    Technical & Leadership Skills

     

    Strong working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

     

    Ability to lead technical teams across multiple locations without direct daily presence.

     

    Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

     

    Budgeting and cost-control experience across multiple sites.

     

    Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems and Microsoft Office.

     

    Ability to manage competing priorities across geographically dispersed operations.

     

    Working Conditions

     

    Regular on-site presence required across four client locations.

     

    Frequent travel between sites.

     

    Availability for after-hours or weekend support during emergencies or critical maintenance events.
