    About the Role

    Insight Global is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll manage your own schedule and provide exceptional care to patients within Santa Rosa County.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver in-home physical therapy services to patients in Santa Rosa County.

    • Manage a caseload of approximately 30 points per week (5–6 patients/day).

    • Utilize provided iPad and AI-powered tools for efficient charting and documentation.

    • Complete documentation on time to qualify for additional incentive pay.

     

    Travel within a 20–25 mile radius; mileage reimbursement provided.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive salary: $120,000 – $150,000 annually for full-time load.

    • Mileage reimbursement.

    • On-time documentation incentive for additional income.

    • Flexible options for part-time or contract work for PRN professionals seeking extra hours.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California • Prior experience in home health care.

    • Familiarity with Kinnser EMR (WellSky) system.
