    Job Description

    A federal client of Insight Global is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join their team! This position supports data-driven transformation initiatives at AMC Headquarters and contributes to operational and organizational research efforts that enhance global mobility readiness and mission assurance. The Data Analyst will be part of research team developing analytics within the Envision tool hosted in Palantir Foundry. This role integrates diverse operational datasets, builds repeatable analytical workflows, and delivers insights to inform senior leader decision-making.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field

     

    3+ years of applied data analysis or operational research experience

     

    Exposure to Palantir Foundry

     

    Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL, with strong data visualization skills

     

    Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets

     

    Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications

     

    Active DoD Secret-level (or higher) security clearance Advanced Palantir Foundry experience (pipelines, ontology, Code Workbook)

     

    Experience with machine learning, advanced analytics, or predictive modeling

     

    Prior experience supporting operational, logistics, intelligence, or readiness analytics

     

    Familiarity with Air Force mobility operations
