Job Description
A client of Insight Global's specializing in large-scale multifamily, commercial, and institutional new construction projects across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland, FL, TX and more is looking to add two Estimators to their team. They are entering a high-growth phase, scaling from $10M to $50M+ annual revenue, and seeking an experienced Estimator who can support this trajectory with exceptional accuracy, initiative, and attention to detail. Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial plumbing and/or HVAC new construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including piping, ductwork, fixtures, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating software such as QuoteSoft, Trimble, or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, mathematical, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with multifamily or large commercial projects ($1M–$10M scope).
• Familiarity with Textura, Contractor Foreman, or QuickBooks Construction integration.
• Experience supporting design-build or value engineering efforts.
