    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the reliability and performance of our software applications before release. This role involves designing and executing tests, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. You will also coach team members on testing tools, reporting, and process improvement.

     

    This is onsite 4 days a week east of Greenwood Village offering a 32-36/hr.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases based on requirements.

     

    Identify, analyze, and document bugs found during testing; track defects through resolution.

     

    Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot and patch defects; re-test fixes to confirm resolution.

     

    Manage and optimize testing tools, reporting processes, and promote continuous improvement.

     

    Perform device-level testing (routers, networks, cabling) and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

     

    Support testing across AWS platforms, legacy systems, and Oracle/Java applications.

     

    Ensure applications meet quality standards—critical systems that impact core business operations.

     

    Tools & Technologies

     

    Python, Splunk, AWS, Oracle, Java.

     

    Testing frameworks and scripting tools.

     

    Networking and device troubleshooting.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Experience: 1–2 years in software testing or quality assurance.

     

    Basic understanding of testing principles, test planning, and test writing.

     

    Familiarity with networking devices, routers, and troubleshooting.

     

    Exposure to scripting and automation tools (Python preferred).

     

    Knowledge of Splunk for monitoring and analysis.

     

    Experience with AWS platforms and enterprise environments.

     

    Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based setting.
