    Job Description

    One of Insight Global's pharmaceutical clients are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and be a subject matter expert in server, storage, and cloud infrastructure covering multiple offices. You will work closely with other members of the server support team and the Enterprise Technical Services team to support the server infrastructure necessary to meet our business needs.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3-5+ years of Windows System Administration experience.

     

    Strong Hyper-V and virtualization skills; PowerShell proficiency.

     

    Experience managing 50-100+ servers in a fast-scaling environment.

     

    Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and patch management.

     

    Ability to work independently.

     

    Excellent communication skills; able to speak well and provide updates.

     

    Flexible for occasional travel (quarterly/annual), and on-call, and weekend work after conversion. Linux experience

     

    GCP (Google Cloud Platform) exposure

     

    Experience managing larger server environments

     

    Located near North Dallas, Cherry Hill NJ, or Ohio

     

    Hardware refresh and end-of-life replacement experience

     

    Physical server management alongside virtual

     

    Willingness and ability to travel to core sites

     

    Strong documentation and high-level reporting skills
