    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our enterprise team on a contract basis. In this role, you will serve as the central governance authority for all AI initiatives across the organization, ensuring strategic alignment, pattern recognition, and scalable solutions. Reporting to the Enterprise Architecture team, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, establish reusable patterns, and validate that AI projects deliver value while adhering to governance standards. This position focuses exclusively on AI technologies, with a strong emphasis on AI agents and emerging paradigms to drive innovation and efficiency at scale.

     

    Pay Rate: $95-$105/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

     

    - 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML systems.

     

    - Proven track record in AI governance, including tracking multi-project portfolios and establishing reusable patterns.

     

    - Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, solution architects, developers) to deliver scalable AI solutions.

     

    - Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).

     

    - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. - LLM: Prompt-based text generation with fast, lightweight models; aware of context and external-data limitations.

     

    - RAG: Retrieval-augmented systems for accurate, current responses in knowledge-heavy Q&A tasks.

     

    - AI Agents: Autonomous agents with planning, reasoning, memory, and tool use for multi-step automation.

     

    - Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems: Collaborative, specialized agents with coordination, division of labor, memory, feedback loops, and strategic execution.

     

    - Cloud AI deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)

     

    - Frameworks: LangChain, Hugging Face, AutoGen, and similar agentic tooling

     

    - AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or equivalent.
