    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Program Control Specialist to join our team. This role will require gathering, utilizing, and reporting on PMO wide data, including costs, project statuses, initial project estimates, change orders, and forecasted costs. The same level of reporting will be needed for LSA contractor activities.

     

    Additionally, this person will be responsible for reporting on program level schedules, risks, and mitigation efforts.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience in program or project management within a PMO or similar environment.

    • Strong financial acumen and familiarity with cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.

    • Proficiency in schedule management tools and practices.

    • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • 7-10 years of experience in project/program control, cost tracking, or a related role.

    • Proficiency in Excel

    • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

    • Experience with SAP

    • Experience working within oil and gas or construction

    • Experience managing multiple projects at once
