• Plumbing Account Manager

    Job Description

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with clients to identify project needs, estimate costs, and develop proposals.

    • Manage account-specific budgets and oversee job costs and materials to ensure margin accountability.

    • Coordinate with Journeyman and Apprentice Plumbers to ensure effective project execution and resolve on-site challenges.

    • Conduct work quality inspections to uphold company standards.

    • Support safety compliance and site safety protocols with the Plumbing Safety Coordinator.

    • Manage plumbing assets, equipment, and materials for project needs.

    • Review blueprints and drawings to plan plumbing layouts and determine project requirements.

    • Prepare job proposals, bids, and manage pricing strategies.

    • Utilize MS Office Suite and Construction Management Software for documentation and communication.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years experience in extensive plumbing experience, with knowledge of water distribution and disposal systems

     

    - MUST have a book of business in San Antonio to bring work – someone who knows and can leverage relationships with facility managers, maintenance for service, special projects with GC (not ground up, more like 200K to 400K)

     

    - Experience managing project financials and deliverables (direct cost management, estimated costs, revenue generated, profit percentage)

     

    - Strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings

     

    - Experience with large piping systems, including stormwater systems. - Journeyman License

     

    - Medgas license

     

    - Backflow Certificate

     

    - OSHA 30
