Job Description

As a Software Engineer III, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software solutions that align with business and technical requirements. This role involves analyzing complex requirements, coding with adherence to standards, and implementing secure, high-quality components. You will collaborate across teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery, troubleshoot defects, and optimize application performance. Your expertise will support the full software development lifecycle, driving innovation and operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering reliable, efficient software.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and project objectives.

Develop, configure, and maintain code components adhering to coding standards and security policies across multiple platforms and languages.

Create and execute test cases to validate functionality, identify defects, and support regression testing using appropriate tools.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize availability, scalability, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines, automating routine tasks.

Provide expert guidance on software maintenance, telemetry, and defect management to support project milestones and quality standards.

Skills and Requirements

Proficiency in coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, and C, with experience in relevant frameworks and platforms.

Strong understanding of requirement analysis, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and traceability matrix development.

Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), secure coding practices, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Ability to design, execute, and analyze test cases using automation and manual testing tools.

Skilled in defect management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting performance issues.

Knowledge of telemetry, program monitoring, and application maintenance methodologies.

Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and support business objectives through technical expertise.
