Job Description
A client is seeking a remote SRE/Impact Analyst for a contract role based in Colombia. This employee will join a team of other analysts whose main responsibilities are to track incidents and alerts as they impact the company's infrastructure. This role is crucial for the organization as it will track outages for their restaurants that would impact overall customer experience. An example of an outage would be if customers were not able to complete credit card payments which would be a major outage and effect business operations. When outages or incidents occur, this individual will be responsible for verifying the issue is real and coordinating appropriate individuals on a conference call to resolve the outage/incident. An ideal candidate for this position will have worked in a help desk/service desk environment and has past experience supporting an ecommerce or store environment while working tickets. Strong communication - written and verbal are required for this position give the visibility within the organization.

Skills and Requirements
Experience working in an e-commerce environment or for a restaurant company where they were in a technology position
Service desk/help desk experience
Experience working with an observability tool (Datadog, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Grafana Cloud, Splunk)
Ticket experience
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of cloud based tools
Able to work on-call (1/month) Familiarity with AI tools
Automation knowledge
Knowledge of observability - able to track false positive alerts
Datadog - cloud monitoring tool
