    Job Description

    Overview:

    Insight Global is seeking a hands‑on Data Architect to lead the migration from WhereScape to Coalesce and architect scalable data models and pipelines on Snowflake. This role blends architecture, development, and modernization strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the migration and implementation of Coalesce, replacing legacy WhereScape workflows.

    • Design and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and transformation layers.

    • Build and maintain ELT frameworks using Coalesce and custom Python components.

    • Establish data architecture standards, best practices, and reusable patterns.

    • Partner closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure scalable, high‑quality pipeline delivery.

    • Provide hands‑on development, code reviews, and technical guidance throughout the migration.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Strong hands‑on Data Architecture experience.

    • 3+ years of experience with Snowflake (modeling, warehouses, performance).

    • Proficient with Coalesce for transformation and pipeline orchestration.

    • Strong Python coding skills for custom logic and automation.

    • Experience leading platform/tooling migrations or modernization initiatives.
