Overview:

Insight Global is seeking a hands‑on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions using LLMs, generative AI, and modern ML frameworks. This role focuses on developing production‑ready models, RAG pipelines, and automation that improve business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Generative AI and LLM‑based models for text, audio, and chatbot use cases.

• Build RAG pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, chunking, indexing, and retrieval optimization.

• Develop and maintain Python code integrated with frameworks like LangChain/LangSmith, Snowflake Cortex, OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, and more.

• Create high‑level and detailed AI/ML solution designs including algorithm selection, infrastructure planning, and data sourcing.

• Preprocess and curate training data; run experiments, fine‑tune models, and evaluate performance.

• Deploy AI models to production and ensure reliability, scalability, and monitoring.

• Work cross‑functionally to identify high‑value AI opportunities across the business.

• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive coding best practices.

• Maintain security, privacy, and compliance when handling sensitive data.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years in AI engineering roles

• At least 4+ years of Machine learning experience.

• 3+ years building production AI/ML solutions on Azure or Snowflake.

• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, deep learning, Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AI evaluation frameworks (RAGAs, TruLens).

• Proven experience delivering agentic frameworks and GenAI projects to production.

• Strong grounding in NLP, model evaluation, and data processing. • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.

• Self‑driven, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects.

• Familiarity with call center environments and operational insurance platforms is preferred.
