• Remote Manhattan Active (WMS) Analyst

    Job Description

    One of Insight Global's largest grocery retail clients is working on a large scale WMS implementation across all 26 of their distribution centers across America. They are looking for a technical lead to oversee a support team for the WMS Manhattan roll outs. Specifically managing production issues for the distribution centers that have already implemented Manhattan. This person will need to help analyze issues and distribute fixes/work to the correct teams and be able to identify which fixes are needed in which environment. The ideal candidate is someone who has previously worked on a support or production team for a WMS implementation and understands how to manage deployments to DC's/warehouses.

    Skills and Requirements

    * 6+ years of experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) with a focus on Manhattan technologies with at least one complete life cycle implementation,

    * 1+ year with Manhattan Active/ 1 completed MA deployment

    * Experience supporting production issues in WMS and managing deployments to Distribution Center environments
