    We are currently accepting applications for a **_Digital Banking Fraud Analyst_** to work in office in Midvale, UT, Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Review self-service applications for possible fraud and make account open decisions for deposit accounts.

    + Complete internal transfer funding for approved applications.

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and branches.

    + Complete application research and CIP verification and follow up with clients and applicants as needed.

    + Participate in process improvement idea generation.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of financial services experience with fraud and/or information security processes and procedures, preferably in an online banking fraud prevention, detection and mitigation area, root cause analysis or other directly related experience.

    + A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Working knowledge of loss and fraud detection/prevention principles, compliance, and regulatory issues related to the department and/or company.

    + Working knowledge of fraud and digital banking systems and detection tools.

    + Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Possess skills needed to conduct client phone interviews to identify fraud/scams.

    + Working knowledge of root cause analysis.

    + Solid analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to use various software applications.

    + Ability to meet tight deadlines to mitigate loss.
